That said, coaching conversations can be reflective and deeply human. Clients often explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that influence how they show up, but always in service of growth, alignment, and forward movement. If therapy is a better fit for your needs, Anne Marie is happy to help you think through appropriate support.
Sessions are collaborative, conversational, and guided by your agenda. Coaching may include reflective inquiry, values exploration, somatic awareness, practical experiments, and tools to support integration between sessions. Each engagement is tailored to you—there is no fixed curriculum or one-size-fits-all approach.
