No. Individual coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, supporting you in clarifying goals, values, and choices, and translating insight into meaningful change.
That said, coaching conversations can be reflective and deeply human. Clients often explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that influence how they show up, but always in service of growth, alignment, and forward movement.
